• Proper licensing and insurance required for all outside vendors

  • We do require all outside vendors provide proof of proper licenseing and insurance to serve.

Sample timeline…

• 1:00pm Arrive at Trellis

• 1:00-2:30pm Photos (first look, couples portraits, wedding party/family)

• 2:30-3:00pm Guest arrival

• 3:00pm Ceremony

• 3:30pm - 5:30pm Cocktail hour/appetizers/mingling

• 5:30-6:00 Guests depart for reception venue
